KTC "ISMS"

I  have posted so many of my boys' humorous and thoughtful quotes on Facebook, but it's always been on my mind to keep a running journal of these so that I can remember them forever. So here it is. Randomly I plan to add posts of new quotes I want to remember forever.

Here are a few to begin with:

C"isms"---

MY FAVORITE QUOTE:    In an extremely whiney voice, he cries out, with his arms reached up to me, "I LOVE YOU or I LOVE YOU TOO!"  This is his way of getting carried and out of something he doesn't want to do.

After being hit by his brother, T, he cries, "Trey's being a mean 'baby'." (He's repeating what his brothers say to him almost daily. And funny thing, he tends to blame T quite often.)

T"isms"---

MY FAVORITE QUOTE:    "Mom, you're so pretty" (He tells me this all the time and it is sooo sweet. Course he then follows with telling me he wants to be pretty too. o_O  Definitely something I know is a stage, but causes me to pray for. LOL

Bedtime excuse one night: "My pillow's not letting me go to sleep!"

At dinner one night, T prayed that we would eat dessert. After he finished eating really well, he asked daddy for dessert. I hadn't planned on any so, Kirby said there wouldn't be any dessert. Very sweetly and innocently he responds, "But I prayed for it!"

On their first night of Awana, the teacher asked, at the end, if there were any questions. T raised his hand and says, "Sometimes I get toothpaste on my shirt and my mom and dad get mad." Makes me wonder what other stories are being told. (I had wiped his shirt down before we got out of the car and asked what was on it. He said probably toothpaste. I said, very nicely, well let's try to stay clean next time. After asking him about it, he still said I was a little mad. Ha. )

K"isms"---

MY FAVORITE QUOTE:    "You're Prettiful." This is something that K used to say when he was much younger, but I still think about alot.  I also really like: "Mom, let's watch a movie and then we can all cuddle together!" He is definitely my cuddler.

While watching him play Mario with Grandma, I noticed that he was running much farther ahead than her. I told him he should wait for her. "No! She's not good at this game! I'm not waiting for her!."

He (as well as the rest of us now) refers his favorite game, Sequence, to "Four in a Row."

KTC"isms"---

Something they all say to each other ALL the time: "YOU'RE NOT MY BEST FRIEND!" :/ Not my favorite quote, but it makes me laugh. Especially when I hear C say it.
