Happy New Year!!!

I'm so ready to see what this year has in store for my family. I really sense a change in my spirit and God on the verge of doing something big in my personal life. I'm ready to dig into His word and to really know Him and His promises for my life. I've never been more hungry than in this moment.

I'm excited about what he's going to do through KTC Academy as well. The nice long break has energized me and given me new vision. Here is a quick update of how we have started our year!!

WINTER  (our theme for January)

Listening to The Hat

Painting with "snow"

Our Snowmen:

We took three balloons, filled them up with water and put them in the freezer.
We used this to discuss solids, liquids and gas.
Our solid is melting into a liquid.

By the next morning, poor poor snowman. :(

And if that wasn't devastating enough, our snowman is now a gas.

Field Trip (science museum with some friends)

Oh these silly silly boys

This was pure team work

Our Martin Luther King day Hike

Thanks to the suggestion of a great friend, we found a great trail for little ones. It was a beautiful day. We enjoyed our time with daddy.

School Family Skate night:

This little guy did the best of all three of them. (Of course, he had the easier skates.)

Keaton wasn't too much of a fan of it all until we rented this triangle shaped aid.

Other fun school activities:

These kids love to draw.

Love when they work together.
