Day 96!

Today ended up being more fun than we had expected. We took 100 steps outside to see where it would lead us. What made it extra fun was that by the end, it started to sprinkle on us. The boys enjoyed that, but it was kind of cool out so they were quickly ready to get back inside.

Here  they are ready to take our first step.

T ended up by a wall just past our mailboxes. He had a 4 year old attitude going on today. He was more interested in watching K and making it a competition rather than actually watching what he was doing. He took about 5 steps for each count he made. He did eventually turn a different way that K, but would never calm down enough to let me count with him. I gave up and he refused to smile for the picture. Oh well. We will always remember this day.
Here is where K ended up. (C was his little tag-along. as always.) He ended up in front of another house, but his observations were that he was on a sidewalk, near a tree and a car. (The car is in the right corner of the pic)

After we returned home, the boys drew a picture and wrote about where their 100 steps led them too on the special paper that daddy had left them.

Here is T's picture.

Here is K's picture.
